2L8 // Rover

I got this tiny spot in my heart
I feel a constant pain
More like a sting
A reminder. of our past

I am a grenade, one day i am going to blow up

There are secrets i will take with me
Never thought you will be one of them
There are things i am not proud of
I never meant to hurt you

The days go by, and i pretend it's not there
I slip in the bottle, and i wake up every morning by the sea

Just drive we said
Us in the back seat
We could hardly fit there. remember?
I struggled not to touch you
This skin is forbidden
And it was right there it happened

The moment you wrapped you hands around me
A coil, an unrecorded cuddle
But the body remembers

The days go by, and i pretend it's not there
I slip in the bottle, and i wake up every morning by the sea

I am a grenade, one day i am going to blow up, dear lord

3 Years and still

King Lear and the Fool in the Storm by William Dyce

As The Fool Told The Thief is becoming three years old today. We (fool and Thief) are very proud of it and would like to thank you all for your attendance.
Help the artists whenever you can. Support their work, create a better future because wherever we look at we see and live all kinds of war. Take care of yourselves.

The P.J. goddess below is the artist of our choice for the occasion. The band members are Mick Harvey, John Parish and Jean-Marc Butty as they appeared live in Sydney on 19 January 2012. The two songs are from 2011 Harvey's masterpiece Let England Shake one of the best albums of all times

Hope you will enjoy 'em as much as we do.

Thank you again for keep following us.
